Cofton Wales, specialist in large-scale brownfield land regeneration, has announced a significant new partnership with Pontypridd Rugby Football Club that sees the company become sponsor of the club’s “Cofton Family Stand”. The Cofton Wales logo will sit along the front of the stand accompanied by a sign for its flagship development, Parc Llanilid, a mixed-use scheme accommodating Dragon International Studios.
Parc Llanilid, located near Llanharan, is Cofton Wales' most ambitious scheme. Once complete the development will include not only film and television production facilities, but a business and leisure park as well as new housing with complementary neighbourhood facilities, set in landscaped parkland to enhance the area's outstanding natural environment.
